Some places you don’t just visit—you arrive, breathe in, and something in you shifts. I’ve been lucky to travel and even live in places, that carry a certain energy, something that isn’t overdone but deeply felt. My typical wellness travel isn’t the usual longevity clinic or spa trip, even thought it’s still about rehabilitation, reconnection and renewal, in different forms. I need variety, and I love to do different things every day. I want to walk and explore, but also be taken care of and relax.
