ABOUT EKATHERINA
Longevity is the ultimate compounding strategy.
I operate at the intersection of longevity science, leadership, capital, and business strategy, advising founders, investors, and wellness ventures on how to build long term biological and financial resilience. My work is grounded in the belief that sustainable ambition requires structural alignment between performance, physiology, and the right strategic relationships.
In a culture that rewards speed and short term results, I focus on durability. For me, longevity is not about optimization for the next quarter. It is about designing systems, partnerships, and personal infrastructure that allow individuals and companies to remain powerful over decades.
My Work
I support ambitious individuals and forward thinking ventures who understand that health is infrastructure, energy is an asset, burnout is a strategic failure, and longevity is leverage.
Whether I am advising founders privately or guiding wellness ventures, I bring a systems level lens to sustainable performance and long term value creation. A significant part of my work involves building and aligning ecosystems, connecting founders to capital, introducing ventures to strategic partners, and ensuring that growth happens within a structure that can actually sustain it.
I have built entire partnership networks across finance and wellness, because I believe success is rarely created in isolation. The right relationships, aligned incentives, and complementary capabilities are often what determine whether a business scales coherently or fragments under pressure.
Background
Before moving more deeply into advisory, I spent five years in impact finance at Symbiotics, where I designed, launched, and scaled structured debt products financing some of Africa’s fastest growing technology companies, including Moniepoint, Wave Mobile Money, Onafriq, TradeDepot, and Terrapay.
I built partnerships with more than thirty venture capital firms, incubators, and ecosystem enablers supporting Series A to C companies, and oversaw a seventy million dollar active portfolio across Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Mauritius, and Mexico. My responsibilities spanned credit structuring, market expansion, investor engagement, and venture ecosystem development, providing institutional exposure to capital allocation and high growth markets.
I continue to participate in emerging market venture ecosystems through strategic advisory, introductions, and partnership building. That foundation in finance, structuring, and global market expansion informs how I advise today.
Powercube
I am a co founder of Powercube, where I helped build and scale the vision alongside my co founders to create a fully integrated 360 performance and longevity ecosystem.
Powercube combines advanced diagnostics, personalized wellness protocols, longevity science driven performance classes, biohacking therapies, and nutritionist designed fuel into a cohesive structure for sustainable performance. My role involved not only program development and wellness innovation, but also ecosystem architecture and partnership alignment, ensuring that each component of the offering reinforced the whole.
Building Powercube reinforced what I advise now. Longevity requires systems thinking, and performance without structure eventually collapses.
Current Work
Today, I serve as a strategic longevity advisor to founders and executives navigating scale, pressure, and long term performance sustainability. My advisory work integrates capital awareness, leadership psychology, biological resilience, and partnership design, supporting those who intend to build in a way that lasts.
I also invest in and support ventures operating at the intersection of longevity, performance, and consumer health innovation, and I intend to continue expanding my angel investing activity within this space.
Why This Work
My path into longevity was not theoretical. High pressure industries and personal health challenges made it clear that burnout is not a badge of honour, and that exhaustion does not equal excellence. Performance that ignores physiology eventually breaks the system it depends on.
Through studying nutrition, traditional medicine, subconscious reprogramming, and integrative healing, I came to understand that health is not maintenance. It is infrastructure. And infrastructure, both personal and professional, determines how long you can sustain meaningful growth.
Today, I integrate institutional finance experience with longevity science and partnership building to support leaders who are thinking beyond immediate wins and toward long term impact.
